Finger Lakes Connected: Spooktacular Extravaganza

Finger Lakes Connected | Spooktacular Extravaganza

Spooktacular Extravaganza

Trick or treating will be challenging this year. Many families will be canceling trick or treating, which can be devastating for some kids. So try being creative and have your own haunting good time with a special dinner, or costume parade. Here are more ideas:

  • Watch Scary Movies (but not too scary)

  • Carve Jack O' Lanterns

  • Decorate the House

  • Visit a pumpkin patch or apple farm

  • Go for a Drive (fall foliage)

  • Host a Halloween Zoom Party

  • Create a Special Dance Party

Please be extra careful and avoid large gatherings.

We've had a great response to our new directory. Everyday businesses are adding their own listing! You can can do your part and let businesses know they can now enter their own listings at

Weis Vineyards, now in its fourth year, produces about 2,500 cases annually across a broad portfolio of dry, sparkling and dessert wines. However, Peter Weis specializes in German varietals, a winemaking imperative that’s in his blood.

Twenty years ago, Ted Marks purchased the former Rolling Farm Winery, and Atwater opened its doors for wine tastings and sales in September of 2000. We couldn’t be prouder to celebrate two decades of bringing award-winning wine to you. Atwater’s success is due to our staff, guests, and supporters, and we thank you for being part of our wine family throughout the years.

More than just antiques, the store in the quaint village of Weedsport boasts an ample selection of country store items, including snacks, drinks, old fashioned candy, canned goods, pickles, relishes, jams, and more. They have stocked the shelves with collectible gifts such as figurines, and of course, glassware and antiques.
