Stroke Support Group to Meet April 1, via ZoomPhysical therapists with UR Medicine Thompson Health’s Neuro Rehab Team will be the guest speakers when Thompson’s Stroke Support Group hosts a meeting via Zoom video conferencing on Thursday, April 1, at 1 p.m.Ashley DiConstanzo, PT, DPT, CCCE, and Benjamine VanHeck, PT, DPT, will present “Intensity Matters - Implications for Stroke Rehab.”This support group is open to individuals who have experienced a stroke, as well as their loved ones and caregivers. The group facilitator is stroke-certified registered nurse Sarah Gallagher, the stroke coordinator at F.F. Thompson Hospital. To sign up for the April 1 Zoom meeting, email [email protected]. Thompson Hospital’s Advanced Surgical Services, will now be meeting with patients in a third location, at Midlakes Family Practice.Beginning March 23, Talarico is booking appointments at the practice, located at 16 E. Main St. in Clifton Springs, on Tuesdays between 3 and 5 p.m. He also has office hours in the Advanced Surgical Services office, Suite 305 at 395 West St. in Canandaigua, and at Victor Family Practice, 53 W.
