Chair Yoga Classes Start April 3
Thompson Health’s Wellness Department is offering Chair Yoga on a series of six Wednesdays, April 3 through May 8.
With sessions held from noon to 1 p.m. in the former outpatient Rehabilitation Services location on the ground floor of the hospital’s Constellation Center for Health and Healing, instructor Jennifer Muscato will offer a gentle mind/body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The workouts are suitable for various levels, with the occasional option to stand.
The cost is $60, or $15 per class. Preregistration is required. To sign up, email [email protected] or call/text 585-301-2998.
Thompson Invites Patients to Honor Their Doctors
National Doctors’ Day is coming up Saturday, March 30, and UR Medicine Thompson Health looks forward to honoring these individuals who devote their lives to making the lives of others better.
If you would like to acknowledge your doctor, you may donate to Thompson’s Foundation online. The Foundation will be sure to let them know, although the amount of your gift will remain confidential.
