Fall Tree Colors
This is a favorite time of the year for many people because they can enjoy the changing colors of the trees and become “leaf peepers”. Read More.

A Cold or RSV
It can be extremely difficult to distinguish between a bad cold and RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus). Sadly the difference is that in those vulnerable individuals, RSV can result in complications sending them into the hospital, or even causing death. The most at risk are children under the age of 5 and significantly older adults. The common factor is that each class can have compromised immune systems resulting in their high risk factor. Read more.

Slow Cooker Soups
Soups are always welcome as the temperatures dip. Using the slow cooker makes them significantly easier especially on hectic days that need a quick meal before off to meetings or children’s activities. Read More.
